  I have been stoppibg to shop here at least once a year for about 9 years now . Every time I visit Gem World I get more and more discouraged from coming back. I really love their selection and they have beautiful treasures but it's almost not worth it anymore. The store is very disorganized, I am a very thrifty spender so I am very choosy about prices. Many of the beads at gem world are sold per piece in a bowl. I pick certian items because of the price posted on the bowl. Every time I go to the register to pay I am very surprised by the much higher cost than anticipated. I have to argue every time and end up not buying many of the pieces that I took a lot of time picking out. The items are so often marked wrong or in the wrong bowl or whatever. I guess the prices are not always as posted sometimes they are up to the discretion of the sales person. This is ridiculous, it shouldn't be so difficult nor frustrating. They really need a better pricing system, a more organized store and friendlier staff. I left feeling very disappointed. More so than the time before and the time before that.
